The Coughlin High School track team had a comparatively good sea- son, winning three out of five meets. Coached by Mr. Peel, the boys burned up the einder tracks and leveled the grassy fields with fine performance. During the season, C.H.S. came up with some good runners. Bernie Dechman and Bob Cole led the team and won many events in the mile and half-mile relays. Meanwhile, Mike Holthaus and lack Siskovic kept points coming in the high and low hurdles. Lee Lyons, Paul Purta, and Iohn Makaravitz led the team in field events. We know the boys will do a good job in the meets remaining. We wish to congratulate the boys and wish good luck to next year's team. C.H.S C.H.S.
