OL11' FOBEW0l-Ill Education is a building process. The things We learn are constantly build- ing in us ideals, characteristics, and principles which will affect our whole lives, therefore We have chosen building as our theme. Before a structure is built, there must be a design or plan for it. Only when this plan is perfected is the actual building begun. There are many different things that go into a building-materials such as bricks, cement, Wood, nails, and glass, and also the abstract but important things such as Work, patience, and the pride of the Workman in the symmetrical beauty of the finished structure. Learning can be compared to building in all these Ways. The adminis- tration and faculty members plan classes and Ways of teaching them that are most productive. The building takes place in the classroom, in the halls, and at the extra-curricular activities. The student learns not only the prin- ciples of learning but also forms the basis of his characteristic traits. He 'lil-'nds his ability to get along with other people, to co-operate with his fellow-Workers, and to contribute his individual accomplishments for the good of his community.
