NORMAN T. CULLISON President RAYMOND M1KESELL V ice-President JOH N W. FISH HR County Board of Education FRANK T. HO III KM MARION BLOCK FLORENCE THOMAS Secretary C. H. GAMERTSFELDER Attendance Officer J. FRED LAUTENSCHLAGER Superintendent DEDICATION By reason of his loyalty to the teaching profes- sion, his keen interest and understanding of youth and his outstanding qualities as a teacher and principal this 1956 Coshoctonian is dedicated to Edwin A. Robinson who retired in 1955 after 48 years of service in the public schools of Coshoc- ton County. G Conesville School formally opened the 1955- 56 school year on September 5, 1955, with four new members on the high school faculty. A half- time teacher joined the faculty at the beginning of the second semester, increasing the teaching staff to a total of nineteen teachers. Our school exhibit at the Coshocton County Fair proved quite successful — all departments receiving “A” ratings, with the exception of two which received “B’s.” The school has acquired a considerable amount of new equipment during this school year. The home economics department has all new electric kitchen equipment, three new sewing machines, and a plastic table and chair set. The library has taken on a new look with the acquisi- tion of new bookcases and several hundred dol- lars worth of new library hooks. The baseball team received new uniforms at the beginning of the season. The office and commercial depart- ment are using a new mimeograph machine, which was purchased through the help of the students. The school cafeteria has served more meals per day this term than in any previous year. We are now in the midst of what we think to be a very successful school year. CONESVILLE SCHOOL KENNETH C.
