SCHCOL SPIRIT IS E ERY Cortez spirit displayed a noticeable difference this year. It was everywhere to be seen! At football games, dances, assemblies and even in the classroom. People were anxious to get involved with dress-up days to show off their wild new outfits. Football games are too cool .as shown by Bob Terpstra, senior, Brian Imboden and Craig Treese, juniors. HERE Diane Krietler when asked about school spirit assemblies stated: It was really up, the whole attitude was uplifting! Class participation was very enthusiastic as well. People were willing to make themselves look like fools because they knew it was fun. Many people also enjoyed just kicking back and watching all of the excitement. Cortez is Together and Cortez has a New Attitude were phrases being said around campus. These phrases are what helped build Cortez's spirit. Everyone being a part of Cortez made it an honor to say I go to Cortez. Cortez Spirit is Better than Ever. f f Cortez football boosts spirit. at irst X assembly.
