eekends From Friday night until Sunday night, CHS students make the most of their time. Cruising Seventh Avenue is a big thing, along with going to the movies. Students also attend dances at the recreation cen- ter and at the skating rink. They are constantly busy going to parties or at least planning them and looking for them. Also there are various sports activities played on the week- ends. A. CHS guys relax after playing football on a Sunday afternoon. B. Senior girls Shannon Jackson, Jinger Giles, Judi Legrand and Julie Young ask, are we bad or what? C. Ian Pendleton, Tonya Farmer and Stacy Fincher enjoy a night out together. D. One hundred and eighty-eight students and teachers tried in the fall while 139 gave successfully. This was the largest turnout we've ever had for a fall drive, stated Mrs. Morgan, activities coordina- tor.
