EVALUATION OF CORRY HIGH SCHOOL 1956 :tober 23, 24, and 25 our school was studied intensively by an evaluating committee of 22 selected educator representing the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. The purpose of this study was to measure our school according to the standards which have been established for the accrediting of high schools. If the visiting committee members report that we are meeting these standards satisfactorily, our school will be listed in our state directory as an accredited one and our graduates will benefit from the more widely recognized standing of their school. The Middle Atlantic States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools is one of the six regional accrediting associations in the United States. Pennsylvania is a part of the region assigned to this association, and Pennsylvania schools can become members of it.
