E Members of the Class of 1947: May I extend congratulations to the members of the Corrian Staff and their advisors for the excellent year book that they have prepared. We are now in the initial steps of reconversion from the past World War. Many adjustments must be made in our plans for the future. For the returned World War veteran, who has the necessary qualifications, the generous G. I. Bill of Rights takes care of his future education. How- ever, the boys and girls who were not in service will find that competi- tion Will be very keen in every field that they wish to enter. This con- dition makes it imperative to them to put their best efforts into their chosen field of vocation. The past twelve years have been spent to accomplish this goal and it is my sincere hope that these twelve years of preparation in the funda- ' ' ' du- mentals of education have not been spent ln vain, To those of you gra I Wish to extend the best wishes of the faculty and my ating this year self for a successful future.
