(Class mill To Whom it May Concern: Wc. the members of the Class of 1937. of Corry High School, being in our right minds and possessed of all our faculties, do hereby declare this to be our last will and testament, and do direct that the gifts as listed below be apportioned as soon after our demise as practical. For the purpose of expediting the fulfillment of our wishes as set forth in this will, we do hereby appoint that the Class of 1938 being the chief beneficiary under this will, shall act as executors to sec that the conditions and bequests herein contained arc properly fulfilled. With exceptions as noted below, wc hereby give, devise, and bequeath to the Class of 1938 of Corry High School all possessions, reputations. and privileges which are rightfully ours and which wc have established, inherited, or otherwise come into possession of. We give them (the Class of 1938) the right to take our illustrious position as members of the Senior Class and. upon fulfillment of all obligations therein entailed, to pass this privilege and right to whomsoever they deem worthy to receive it. The well-known sportsman, Racket Ed Becker leaves his athletic feet to Howard Brooks. It behooves Ella Belle Rotchic to hand down her daily library duties and monthly attendance at club suppers to Robert Frasier. Mary Hinman becomes the recipient of cousin Marjorie’s secretarial ability in preparation for future M.M. activity. To Fern Mary Reed, Roberta Long says goodbye ! Jessie Turben hands down to Freda Daniels her corner of the hall for morning, noon, and night. Bill Betts bequeaths with trembling hand his devoted and cherished affections for Carlotta Mead to Bob Gulick and Mary Loveland John land Sakes Zepka gladly parts with his knowledge of French and sadly leaves his young S. P. to Dick Orhn. Viva Thompson passes her speedy typing ability to Minna Kamber. Helen Hovey leaves her wavy, chestnut locks to Robert Hunt. Dorothy Jones leaves her interests in college lads to Muriel Young and Sara Roach. Jeanne Titus dedicates her membership in the M. M.'s to Peggy Sullivan. Junior Sullivan hesitantly lends his claim on Roberta King to Martin Kcppcl. Squecjie. But not for long. Squeejie! Matilda Kamber hands over her job of running errands for teachers to Paul Taylor. Joan Place and Joan McLean fondly leave their walks to and from school to Edith Hixson and Doris Follett. Mary Elizabeth Zipper” Gillette leaves her convertible coupe to Betty Fogle and Shirley Hinman, just in case they need fresh air next year. Wilma Paulson deems it suitable to lend her place in Perry's Orchestra to Betty Stewart. Fern Raymond decides to lend her Biology experiments and scientific knowledge to Kathleen Hazel. As a last minute decision Helen Damon and Iona Bennett bequeath to the renowned Sophomores, Maxine Greeley and E. Armitage, the monopoly of the Springcreek Road. Lochinvar Rehnborg. Howitzer Haines, Cracker Jack I indslcy, Wildcat Taylor, and Tiger Lyons leave to Fred Christenson. Vernon Thompson. Dick Croscutt, and Joe Reyda, on the second day of June, their assistant positions in Chemistry Laboratory classes. Good luck boys ! To Miss Titus ($. G.) and Miss Bennett (R. G.) the seniors wish to leave their thanks for the use of P. D. and History books during their Junior and Senior years and hope that the return of practically all of them has been acknowledged. And now. without further ado, we-whoa ! here comes Beanball Ed on two wheels and a harebrained jack-rabbit; with a cluck” to his loam flecked steed he relinquishes all claim to the right of way on the Springcreek road.
