I his group is made up of public spirited citizens who serve entirely without remuneration and who are elected by the people. It is their duty under the regulations of the commonwealth to establish schools, to furnish, equip, and keep in repair all buildings, to levy and collect school taxes, and to provide supervisors and teachers. The public school system of Corry is conceded to be of unusually fine quality for a city of its size.
