Mr. Byron Shelton, Corriganls fine band director, is a graduate of Loyola University of the South. He also has attended Louisiana State University and Stephen F. Austin State College. Due to his outstanding -teaching, the hand has shown great improvement. The Corrigan High School Band was present for every football game during the 1955 football season. The band also participated in the Cold Springs Fair and Parade. Livingston F. F. A. Parade, Wfoodville Dogwood Festival, jasper Marching Contest and receiv- cd second division. Membership in the organization is based on scholarship, leadership, character, and service. Some of their annual projefts have been sending Christmas cards to ex- students of C. H.
