opening plag portrags life of deaf. bIind.mute child Miracle Worker based on the life story of Helen Keller, was the first production of the Fine Arts department. The play had originally been done at Coro- nado in 1968. Miracle Worker was presented in the auditorium November 2 and 4. Special effects, such as, recorded voices and film flicks were used to present the past life of Annie Sullivan, the one person who had enough patience to teach Helen how to Da Listening to the criticisms of director Judie Carroll, the cast and crew of Miracle Worker take notes during a dress rehearsal. 0b Annie Sullivan CCindy Gilbertj receives a gift from her friends at the school for the blind.
