Creative minds release ideas Creating novel experiences made new fangled classes and traditional classes come alive. For those who had a true desire to learn, new ideas were developed with the encouragement of instructors. American Indian Studies, a quarter course, began with the usual reading and listening but developed into various projects. Under the instructions of Coach David Browning, students learned to tan deer hides. Obtaining them from CHS hunters, students began a timely process of cleaning, tanning and stretching. Between Cajun dancing, playing music, writing, photographing, acting and singing, CHS students created a new aspect of learning. TOP Karen Williams constructs an easel to use with future artwork.
