VICE PRINCIPAL The hardest worker in CHS . . . Mr. Wilfrid Seaman, who burned much midnight oil for the sake of our school . . . making important decisions . . . helping erring students . . . these among many worries beset our Vice-principal ... his integrity, good judgment, and ability to handle any situation helped him to carry out these responsibilities.
