The girls ccomplished this goal and many ore. The season finished with a 2-3 record for the freshman Az- tecs. This was the best freshman softball record ever in the history of Corona del Sol. Also, according to coach Davini the girls did a lot of things fundamentally right throughout the season. By being such a standout team, there were I no standout players. The compiled record of 12-4 was good. At the beginning of the season the team set goals that were later accomplished.
