On the reservation she is called Clezban which means peace warrior . She left the reservation at the end of the summer ot 1979, when she moved to Tempe. She goes back to the reservation about twice a year. She lived in a regular house, although some other families live in hogans. The schools there are quite different. The girl jocks are the most popular students. The kids there don't care about grades much, Andrea said. l-lere there's much more involvement in after-school activities. Friday nights on the reservation were especially bor- ing, according to Andrea. l-lalf the time the television vvouldn't even work, Andrea said. We would just sit around and read or something.
