Wifhin . . . Eating lunch in the amphi- theater, or under a tree. Meet- ing a friend after class by the bookstore. These occured often during the year because of the unique- ness of our camp us. C orona's campus, unlike the others in Tempe, is closed in, which makes it easier to get from one place to another in a hurry. The amphitheater was a pop- ular place. Besides students eat- ing lunch there, it was also used for assemblies, drama produc- tions, and extra-curricular pres- entations. None of the other schools have a scuhvture like the one at Corona. It has become the focal point of our campus. C4 ONE 4OPENlNG

Beyond . . . Students were involved in many activities outside of school. Many upperclassmen spent time working. While most had jobs at fast food restaurants and supermarkets, some had more challenging jobs, such as working with the handicapped. Church activities also occupied spare time for a num- ber of students. These included teen nights, spirit night and overnight trips. For many, leisure time was spent with friends. Cg. GOPENING
