The Sea Kings were undefeated in league compiling a 10-0-4 record. Vince McGuinness and Scott McCrimmion led the Sea King offense and each picked up first team All Sea View League honors. McGuinness also led the Sea View League in scoring with 15 goals. Goalie jeff Jacobs led the defense with 10 shutouts and along the way picked up first team All Sea View League honors along with Dan Pflaum. The season ended in the CIF semi- finals against the number one seed, La Quinta. After two regulation overtime periods the Sea Kings were beaten in the final shoot-out 4-3. ,.
