New clubs get a start New trends can lead to new ideas for clubs. This is true for CdM's recently formed European Enlightenment Club and Computer Club. EEC, the creation of Mrs. Anita Painter's European History class, was for anyone interested in European culture. Activities included watching films at lunch and traveling to museums, plays, and restaurants. The club's goal was to explore the history and culture of Europe. The Computer Club was a product of the new, growing interest students have in computers. Under advisor Angelo Vassos, students have learned how to operate and program a computer. 142 computer club
