The following were our officers: President, Mike Shannon; Vice President, Olline Brannan; Secretary, Trudy Ingle; Treasurer, Stan Clark; Yell-leaders, Les Sutfin and Ron Babb. The theme for our prom was Stairway to the Stars which was held at the Memorial Hall. At last we are mighty seniors numbering 93. We elected the following people to lead us through our last year in high school. President, Greg Ricker; Vice President, Anson Houghton; Secretary, Mary Estrem; Treasurer, Henry Williams; Yell-leaders, Joe Hammans and Roy Tracy. We have had many wonderful experiences throughout our high school years. Now, as we are about to be the first class graduating from the new high school, we can look back on our senior year with fond memories of our senior ball, senior banquet, and senior skip day. As the long awaited commencement night comes it will be the end of the formal education for many of us, butabeginningin a new adventure for all of us. As we look back we will always cherish the memories we had in Corning High School throughout our four years.
