Foreword Twenty-five years ... an instant in the vast times of eternity . . . a lifetime for Grand Rapids Baptist College ... a lifetime of growth, expansion, development . , . that young people dedicated to Jesus Christ might receive the best possible training for Christian service . . . that they might grad- uate with the knowledge attainable only in an atmosphere of Academic Excellence . . . and the Spiritual maturity that is the result of attending a college wholly given to Christian Commitment. Mir- acles- of provision of God, progress of faith, and seryice of Alumni have been much in evidence in the last twenty-five years . . . serving as promise for the future of a school such as this . . . but the work is far from done . . . much is yet needed, including the Auditorium-Gymnasium Building pic- tured above ... for the future is bright for our school ... a school that is continually proving itself to be a worthy training ground for servants of Jesus Christ.
