Perhaps no other group of students in the world has the magnificent opportunities for the acquisition of these influences as we do at Cornell. The Major Concert Series, the Chamber Music Series, the Modern Dance Group, and the Sunday Afternoon Concert Series combined with frequent exhibits of art at the Willard Straight Music and Art room and the rapidly crumbling Morse Hall Gallery form a nucleus of noble artistic presentations.

Skiing at Tar Young Hill, skating and swimming at Beebe Lake, sailing on Cayuga Lake, and drinking at Buttermilk Falls, as well as spring classes on the main quadrangle and sketching in the gorge, all combine to offer us a multiplicity of exciting activities.
