Through these dreams came Winton Nowell as Americas number one scientist, he had rust completed his first successful radio and television broadcast, l also found lulia Anne Perry as a very successful laboratory technician at johns l-lopkins l-lospital. She had married her childhood sweetheart, Dwight Price ln Wendell I found Tommie l-lolder, who has given up her career as play producer on Broadway to become loe's wife. She is very busy with her husband and boys, Clara Lee Parrish now owns a Fashion Salon in Paris, the most exclusive in the world, Pauline Whitley, the most attractive girl in the class of '47, is one of her models. Several of the classmates were now in the literary world, lanice l-locutt is a great novelist and Virginia Paper is a literary critic. Lois Boykin, who always liked French, is now a French interpreter in Paris. A. B. Congleton was in Florida where his fame as a lawyer is spreading far and wide. A. Murphrey, Daphne Eason, and l-lenry Claire Creene are all having very successful careers as secretaries, Edna Barham had become an art instructor at Columbia University Lila Wilder had married f'Short and was now living in Concord As the moon completed its journey across the sky and sank behind the blue horizon, l awoke from my dream feeling melancholy and sad The longing l have always had to see my old classmates has returned stronger than before after meeting each of therr in my dreams. l know each member will hold and cherish the memories of our school days as l do and l wish them all the happiness and success they desire GENE FOWLER, Class Prophet.
