Principal's Message When you as a Senior realize that graduation is not a long way into the future but is almost here, you know that the time has come to make some kind of self-appraisal. Your schooldays have all too quickly slipped by and you do not have much more time to shape yourself to the kind of person you always intended to be. For what you are as a distinct personality - your humanity, your own individ- ual sense of values - even more than what you know will determine your success and happiness in life. It is not enough to have learned to use the tools your education supplies you: English, science, mathematics, history. It is also necessary to learn to use them wisely. To the subject matter we hope you have learned must be added your personal integrity, your willingness to work, and your understanding attitude toward all your associ- ates. Your knowledge, then, is effective only to the de- gree that you make it work. You, as a civilized, humane personality, are more important than what you may know - a whole is always greater than any of its parts. So I should like to suggest that to the familiar three R’s you have studied, you add three T's: Truth, Toler- ance, Trying. These, certainly, are essential to a real education. I am sure you already realize that I am proud of our students here in Corinth and that I wish for all of you the very best that life may offer.

Supervising Principal's Message Wisdom is composed of sound phi- losophy, a good memory, knowledge and foresight. It has been the ambition and desire of each member of the faculty that each student when leaving Corinth Central School will have formulated a sound phi- losophy of life, that he will have de- veloped an excellent memory and ac- quired a wealth of knowledge, all of which will better fit him for his place in life. A nation falls when people lose faith in God, love of country, and respect for the rights of others. Ever keep foremost in your mind that you are a principal part of a nation. William D. Banks
