E155 Faculty H1 LIICS The new year opened for the faculty September 2nd w1th a teachers lnstrtuuon The purpose of the mstrtutlon was to orrent the new teachers to the communxty and to the POIICICS of the school Rapldly followlng XHSIIIUIIOH was a faculty party so faculty members and therr famllles could become acqualnted w1th each other Severalchurches 1n the communlty sponsored receptlons to acqualnt teach ers wrth congregauon members Every Wednesday after school faculty meetlngs were held to dlscuss school problems thelr solutlons and other rtems of buslness Each Thursday after school the faculty had a coffee sessron a perlod of relaxatron that IS' As the year progressed rt was h1 lrghted by several other notable events such as the faculty Chrlstmas party held the nlght before the holxdays started and then a faculty basketball game 1nJan uary w1th the Hanford faculty Corcoran handed the Hanford cagers the1r Clnch Notrces w1th a wrnnrng score of 63 to 45 On a more serrous note many of the teachers were actrve rn the?
