S UPER S UPERS TAKS Jumping high, Chris Collins makes the point although the opponents show their skill in blocking. The Girls' Basketball team can truly be called the Super Superstars. This year they had a fantastic season winning all their league games except for one at this time of publication. Coached by Barbara Downs, the young ladies showed tremendous team cooperation and effort. Jumping high and hitting the boards with accuracy, the members worked with an optimistic attitude which was reflected in the outcome of the games. The well balanced team was spirited by cooperative play of all mem- bers. The girls played well in their 8 home games as well as showing con- sistency away. We are proud of the winning tradition that is being estab- lished by the Girls' Basketball team and would like to see it continued in future years.
