Redhounds ena' football season with two losses In a game that surprised a large homecoming crowd, the Corbin Redhounds were edged by the Bryan Station Defenders 7-6. The famed Bryan Station olTense kept fizzling out for near- ly three periods against a fired up Corbin de- fense. Corbin's only touchdown came in the first period. A faulty triple reverse play was taken advantage of by the Redhound quarter- back, Jim Ed Wilder. Wilder fled to the side lines, cut back twice and then zig-zagged down mid field sixty-four yds. for a touchdown. The extra point attempt was wide. The Defenders marched ninety yds. for their score late in the third quarter. The extra point was good and Corbin's upset had been spoiled. The Corbin Redhounds, playing in a sea of mud, lost their final game of the season to the Knox Central Panthers 7-0. The Panthers scored on their ninth of- fensive play of the game. The Redhounds played ball controlled tactics from then on but could not muster up a drive for a score.
