Hounds have their nose high after frst victory . . . The Corbin Redhounds, opening the 67 gridiron season with Wil- liamsburg, struggled to a 19-0 victory over their host in a game that was marred with typical Hrst game mistakes. Tommy Driggers, Dennis Witt, and Kenny Mobley all scored for the Redhounds. Drig- gers led the attack against Wil- liamsburg, carrying the ball nine- teen times, and gaining ninety- three of Corbin's 135 yds. rushing total. . . But they get it nippea' by the nftountain lions. In a bruising defensive performance, the Corbin Redhounds lost their first regular season game since 1965 at Pineville by an extra point, 7-6.
