Club Us s Strategy To use imaginative thinking and reality in order to learn the effects and benefits of past, present and future is the purpose of Strategic Games. Only in its second year, the club has doubled in size. Meetings were held every week. Members participated in game tournaments and went to state conven- tion in Jacksonville from February 5 to 8. They also constructed a Homecoming float, sold tee-shirts and held a banquet at the end of the year. The president of the club was Mike Cetta, vice president was Chris Schramm, Dan Adelstein was secretary and general services officer was Derek Gilbert. Mr. Cagnetto sponsored the club. Ms. Moore guided Academic games. which has been active this year. From October to December they prepared for and participated in the county Math competition in which they worked out equations and onsets. They prepared for and attended the county Social Studies competition from February to March. From January to February and March to April members worked on Linguistic and Propoganda and strange bedfellows for the county English competition.
