9 ,y ff 'gif H.O.S.A., which stands for Health Occupation Service Aid, is a club where members prepare for medical jobs in the future. The students are members of the Health Aid class where they spend two days a week at University Hospital getting medical experience. Members of the club tried to put themselves in patients' positions by eating meals which they prepared themselves. During the holiday season, they passed out presents and sang Christmas carols at a nearby nursing home. Sponsored by Ms. Beaumont, club Ryan, president: president. Mu Alpha Theta Attends Convention .sf sci? i?s,s-are Do you think if we pose separate from everyone else, they'lI put us in anyway? Nessie . Mu Alpha Theta is a service organization as well as an honor society. This year the club attended a statewide convention, tutored math students at the end of each semester, and listened to guest speakers from different math and computer related fields. Mu Alpha Theta plans to have an assembly to honor all math students who have received A's on their report cards the first three quarters. The I98O-SI officers were.
