The third wasp reborn in August 1961 as a result of the,Berlin crisis of 1961-62 and was decommissioned in October 1962. The Guardians,the fourth CVW-13, was reestablished in March 1984 and embarked in Coral Sea in February 1985 tovform the most advanced air-sea combat platform in existence.
