EOD The EOD Detachment is assigned to CORAL SEA on a TAD basis from their homeport at NAD WEST LOCH, HI. Team members are trained in all phases of location, render safe and disposal of explosive ordnance, both on the surface and underwater. Should there be an ordnance accident onboard CORAL SEA, members will respond and eliminate the hazard.
