Division High flight deck multiple is the major problem gf this division. Translated this means too many airplanes Albert, JW Jr Axtell, RS Balok, RC Bibbins, JH Jr Borolf, DR Boronda, RJ Bradford, WM Brewer, RL Brown, CE Jr Bryant, GW Christenbury, H Cordero, M Danielly, L Dorsey, RF Dotson, DM Finley, CW Freels, TL Gabrielson, SM Galvin, RM Gilbert, J Gilkes, DA Hagar, JM Jr Helms, CR Hill, MP Ingram, FJ Q and not enough flight deck. These men have the task of 2 manuvering planes on the flight deck. After each launch all the aircraft must be moved forward in preparation for the recovery cycle, then as soon as recovery is completed all planes are spotted aft to clear the cats for the next launch. Each airplane or large piece of gear is represented by a template on a large plexiglass meek up of the flight deck with each move monitored bythe men in flight deck control. No pilot dares move his plane on the flight deck without the direction of a yellow shirt. The very important crash and slavage crews are also a part of V1. lt's hoped they will never be needed, but comforting to know they are there.
