As Executive officer, Capt Price, the right hand man to the CO., handles nearly all administrative paperwork for the CO., freeing the Captain for the important job of command- ing the ship. Even though he has mountains of paperwork, the X.O. still manages to get in his flight time with the VA97 War- hawks.
