The old bridge, built in 1922, stands deserted. The class of 1988 carries their memories of yesterday and their dreams for tomorrow as they leave Coquille’s new bridge and get ready to reach for new heights. Mr. Short gets caught smoking on duty! Mrs. Martizia assists him in stopping traffic to get the Class of 1988 safely across the highway. Mr. Klemm directed traffic while the seniors were on the bridge.
