Vauaitq Basketball These are the seniors? I 959- I 960 BASKETBALL TEAM Coach Falb's Indians played I9 games this year.' The team won 9 games. Two of the biggest victories the team gained were against Coventry and Boston. The tribe downed the Coventry Comets 78-67 in the semi-final game of the Christmas Tournament. Copley then held off a late rally staged by the Bulldogs from Boston and went on to win 54-53 in the cham- pionship game. Mike Badalich, who averaged nearly I7 points a game was the team Captain. The team lost 5 of their games by a total of only 9 points. Three of these games were in league competition.
