ORATORICAL CONTEST SPEAKERS Catherine Peters Ruth Balliet Marguerite Knerr Raymond Beltz Edwin Trively Robert Deily RAT )R 1CA L ('( NTEST The Seventh Annual Oratorical Contest of the Coplay High School was held in the main auditorium of the Trinity Reformed Church on April ( , 1The eonte t proved a success and was largely attended. There were two prizes for the occasion; Mr. and Mrs. B. A. Bigley being the donors of the boy’s prize of five dollars in gold, and (lie Coplay National Bank being the donors of the girl’s prize of five dollars in gold. The girl’s prize was won by Catherine Peters. Catherine Peters also being chosen as the C. II. S. representative at the County Contest, while the boy s prize was won by Raymond Beltz. There were six speakers, all of them delivering their speeches well. Music was furnished by the C. H. S. Orchestra. The program was presented as follows: Music ..................................
