Dr. Garner Heads Faculty Dean of Instruction Howell C. Garner is an important part of the Co-Lin family. Acting under the college president Dr. Gamer supervises the division chairpersons and is responsi- ble for the operation of the faculty ' s instructional programs. Dr. Gamer ' s job of coordinating the entire educational pro- gram of the college is definitely a big one. Also, acting as a liaison between the faculty, students, and administration, Dr. Gamer can be credited for the True Blue relationships that make the college an outstanding institution. The Gamer family includes, seated, Mrs. Candace Gamer; and standing, sons Brad and Justin, and Dr. Garner. -f-Dr. and Mrs. Garner not only spend time together at home, but can also be seen eating lunch in the college cafeteria or stopping in front of the Administration Building to discuss who will pick up the children from school. Dr. Gamer has been a member of the Co-Lin Wesson campus ad- ministration since the 1985-86 school year. Since that time, he has worked for the betterment of the college. 22
