Dr. Meadows Dr. Charles Edward Meadows joined Copiah-Lincoln Community College as Associate Dean in charge of the Natchez Campus in July, 1985. Dr. Meadows holds a Bachelor of Science from Delta State University, a. Master of Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and a Master of Arts and Doctor of Education from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana. He was previously employed at Itawamba Community College, Northwest Mississippi Community College, and Ball State Uni- versity. Active in religious, civic and professional organizations, Dr. Meadows is currently serving as President of the Natchez Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa, Secretary for the Natchez Lions Club, Chairman of the Education and Youth Committee of the Natchez-Adams Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board Member for the Natchez Community Con- cert Association, and Leadership Development Chairman in District 30- I for Lions Clubs of Mississippi. Dr. Meadows is also serving as an Accre- diation Evaluator for the Commission on School Accreditation, State De- partment of Education. At Grace United Methodist Church, he is a mem- ber of the Administrative Board and is a soloist and tenor in the Chancel Choir.
