aaa- I mf Dr. Charles Edward Meadows joined Copiah-Lincoln Junior College as Associate Dean for the Natchez Campus in July, 1965. He is a graduate of Delta State University and also holds a Masters of Science from the University of Tennessee and o Master of Arts and a doctorate from Boll State University, Muncie, Indiana. He was previously associated with ltawarnba Junior College and has also taught at Northwest Mississippi Junior College, Huntington College and Ball State University, Active in religious, civic, and professional organizations, Dr. Meadows was serving as president of the Northeast Mississippi Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa and North Mississippi area coordinator for Phi Delta Kappa International before moving to Natchez. He is married to the former Kitty Estes and they are the parents of one son, Daniel.
