Trillium dedication goes to B. F. Hunter THE 1978 COPIAH-LINCOLN TRILLIUM IS DEDICATED TO. . . . . . a man who received his A.A. degree from East Central Junior College, his B.S. and M.A. degrees from the University of Southern Missis- sippi. and who has done additional work at USM and at Mississippi College. . . . a native of Decatur, Mississippi, who is married to Mrs. Lenora B. Hunter, a teacher at Wesson Elementary School. Their children are Mrs. Martha Carol Morrow and Alan Frank Hunter. . . . a man who served for five years in the United States Army. . . . a man who was principal of Monticello High School from 1946-1958. . . . a man who came to Co-Lin in 1958 as registrar. He served in that capacity until 1964 when he became Dean of Instruction. . . . a member of the Mississippi Junior College Faculty Association, Copiah-Lincoln Educa- tion Association, Mississippi Association of Educators. National Education Association, Mississippi Guidance Association, the Red Red Rose lan organization for school administra- torsj, and the Wesson Lions Club, where he serves as director. He has represented the col- lege on several boards and councils. . . . a member of Decell Memorial Methodist Church, where he is a Sunday School teacher, lay leader, and member of the board. . . . a person who has dedicated his life to young people, to the betterment of the commu- nity and his church, and to his family . . . . . . a man who long after we leave Copiah-Lin- coln we will remember for his helpfulness, friendly manner, and kind words.
