A college such as Co-Lin is nothing more than buildings on a plot of ground without people to give it personality and identity. There are a few truly dedicated teachers whose personal qualities not only add to but magnify the image of the school in the academic, social, and spiritual realms. By giving over half of their lives in the interest of others, they have not only educated their students, but have also given each one a little part of themselves. Their encouragement and understanding will long be remembered by their students. Fellow faculty members find this teaching team most congenial, cooperative, and helpful.
