A mother of two daughters and an active church worker, who has been superintendent of her young people's department for several years, she has served on the Copiah-Lincoln campus for the past nine years. ur President Takes Part in ci Variety of Activities Our president, F. M. Fortenherry, an active leader in educational, civic and religious circles, spends much of his extra time in other Ways in addition to being administrator of Copiah-Lincoln Junior College ind Agricultural High School. A past president of Mississippi Junior College Association, he is now serving as a member of Mississippi Junior College Commission. Other educational associations to which Mr. Fortenberry belongs include Mississippi School Administrators Association, Mississippi Edu- cation Association and National Education Association. He is vice chairman on the Commission of Studies and Accreditation of the South- ern Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools: This educator is a member of Phi Delta Kappa, national educational fraternity. As a person interested in his fellow man, President Fortenberry belongs to Wesson Lions Club, Brookhaven Kiwanis Club and Mississippi Economic Council. He is Copiah county chairman of American Red Cross. Active in church affairs, Mr. Fortenberry is a deacon at Wesson Baptist Church Where he teaches a Sunday School.
