4th straight undefeated season Eagles Maintain Tradition Cope Eagles for the fourth consecu- tive year marched to an u nd efea ted season. The Eagles success was based upon an explosive offense quarterbacked by Bruce Gibson, supported by an awesome defense, led by David Earp. The defense held its opponents to 33 points while the offense scored 1 04 points. i i Cabrera and Lopez, fbottom far lefty in a typical defensive play, pursued the Moore quarterback. Ful1baci5gRlckeBul1ard fleftj led Gibson around end and blocked to open one of many holes during the season.
