At our first pep ossembly we won the closs challenge, but I think that s becouse they felt sorry for us. Our closs representatives for homecoming were Poulo Sanford ond Roger Veldmon As our closs moved onward to sophomores, we starred to get in the swing of things. We did very well in oil of the homecoming activities. We received our closs rings ond we were finally storting to move up in the high school life DeAnn Toylor ond Keith Guro represented our closs for homecoming. As juniors we were finally getting somewhere. We were upperclassmen now, ond we hod many more respon- sibilities We spent most of our year trying to put on o great Prom for the seniors. We oil went door to door selling condies ond pizzas We finally raised enough money to pur on o terrific Prom for the seniors Our closs represent- atives for homecoming were Denise Umlor ond Dob Fewles Our lost year finally orrlved. Being seniors didn't change us ony as we still hod our big food fights in the cafeteria but os the yeor progressed we oil finally realized we were on our woy to adulthood. Before we knew it. we were ordering cops ond gowns for graduation. During halftime on homecoming Roger Veldmon ond Mary Finkler were proudly crowned King ond Queen. We hove oil grown together these post four years, but now we will oil begin to drift apart from eoch other. We must oil moke our own decisions for our future Through the good rimes ond the rough times, the donees, ond romances we moy go our separate ways, but the memories will lost forever. It’s a critical choice, but only one of hundreds of important choices all of us must make throughout our lives. The right to make such choices is a privilege only we who live in the free world enjoy. Most of humanity is still being told how their lives must be lived. For them, freedom of choice does not exist. We should think about that once in awhile.
