3,0 omore Adfory Back again! This time not as timid Fresh- rrrerr, but as enthusiastic Sophornores, who riidri't waste any tirrre in getting our class or- ganized. Our number had now declined to torty-tour, arid we were placed under the super- vision ot Mrs. Love and Mr. Beam in Rooms 6 rrrrri 4, respectively. A class meeting and our annual class elec- tiorr were soon held, The results ot the election were: Pauline Hurrrenik, Presidentg lna Peavy, Vice-President, Howard Lutz, Secretary, Mar- garet losephson, Treasurer. This year we exhibited our abilities and talents by participating in curricular activities ot our school, such as the Cotohisc statt, assem- bly programs and baseball. We give much credit to lohn l-lumaney, larnes Petter, Mike Lucas, Frank Goss and George Lingentelter for showing great skill in baseball. iiCtl'llOMOltlI HONOR GROUP v - H w v f r i 1 Q tri if ,. l.r..'r.l.r l. ri-'ivy l. ahrrirvrrik, lt., ,D-ilirrriiri, l.. l,l1i7, Our tirst big class event, a play entitled, Princess O'Toole, was presented March l. lt was a brilliant, hilarious, and laughable comedy under the excellent and able direction of Mr. Beam. The members ot the cast dis played their talents by making the play a hugo success. The Sophomore lamboree was held the afternoon of May l6. Since the Sophomores do not sponsor any other social affairs, the lam' boree was met with great enthusiasm. We have tried, studied and accomplished. Now we must end our career as Sophorriores.
