Speech Club Members Take Honors at District, Region and State Mary Jane Moseley who last year won third at state received a first place trophy at the state interscholastic meeting in Aus- tin in May. For the past two years, Cooper has won the District One -Act play contest. This year the winning play was When the Whirlwind Blows . Six students placed at the district meet.
