SONG To think it's time to say good-bye, To the place we lov-ed so well, It's hard we know but it's time to go, From Cooper where we once dwell-ed. Chorus Oh Coop-er High we are on our way, Our hearts will never stray, Because the sweet things that you gave, Will last as years go by. Our teachers and parent have struggl-ed To help us every day and to them we say It was not a waste, But surely did help us grow. We're left alone to face the world, But we are not afraid, Because from you we learn-ed the right, The future is not a dread. so, PCEM The time is here that we must go But remember, dear Cooper, we love you so. From the Hrst to the last You stood by us so faithful. From then until now, we have always been grateful. Through the wind and the rain You've helped us carry on. just to think those wonderful, Wonderful times are gone. The halls we love so very well, And even the books Our childhood stories did tell. We love these things. How can we forget The things that have our heart still yet? So we leave our teachers and our crutch But the things they taught us, that mean so much Welll carry them always, to remember you by. As long as there's a heaven, and the sky is blue Our child hood memories will linger with you. CONNIE HELLEN WATSON I7
