WA Division WA Division is comprised of Sonarmen, Asroc Gunners Mates, and Torpedomen. Sonar-men are responsible for the mainte- nance and operation of the sonar equipment and Underwater Battery Fire Control Com- puter. The Asroc Gunnersmates are respon- sible for the maintenance and operation of the complete Anti-Subniarine Rocket system, The torpedomen are responsible for the maintenance and operation of the torpedo tubes and torpedoes. Working as a unit, the division is responsible for the detection, tracking, and destruction of enemy sub- marines.
