Who can forget Pyro Woman. the young lady that lit furniture on fire in the busy streets of the city? Or the midget who ran the streetside music store which sold tapes by everyone from ACIDC to Lawrence Welk? Sailors with a more historical point of view enjoyed the many tours to Rome and Pompei, the city destroyed by a volcano centuries ago. Naples itself had many works of art in its streets. Ancient statues, fountains and cathedrals were a common sight. Naples is a city that no sailor will easily forget when he thinks back to his days in Italy as the city of Hey Joe's and square pizza.
