FBLA explores business world alll' Standing: Brenda Stack, Sandra Stack, Eric Batchelor, Barbara Qjirveg, Sally Bollhauve, Sherri Hendrie, Garth Mikles, Curtis Kempton, Pat Carr, Mike Stevens, Bertha Lara, julie Turnbull. The Future Business Leaders of America was headed by Sponsors Eric Batchelor and Larry Stafford. The presi- dent was Garth Mikles, Vice Pres., Curtis Kempton, Secretaries, Nancy Sego and Lisa Ross, Treasurer, jill Scott, and Parliamentarian, Shay Meadows.The club was involved in quite a few activities. At the beginning of the year, they had an initiation party. They went to Sam's Pizza for supper and then to Marty's Roller Rink. Later that year, they took a trip to the Valley National Bank Computer Center. Afterwards they visited Metro- Center, The club also worked on the March of Dimes Walk-a-thon. For a money raising project, the FBLA sponsored a snack bar during basketball season. They were assisted by Bear Tracks. Ba,Qa0 g4L and Ber- tha Lara volunteered their services. Lisa Ross is taking down the volun- teers names, while Terry Reed and Sherri Hendrie look on. 3. Chapter President, Garth Mikles, discusses the Regional Convention at the Cen- tral Arilona College.
